Falun Gong Practiced at East Cobb Park

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient traditional Chinese practice, that self-cultivates the mind and body through a series of simple, yet powerful exercises and meditation. Falun Gong is based upon the Universe's Principals of Truthfulness, Companssion, Tolerance, and through cultivating the heart by following these principals, creates a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Falun Gong is practiced in 60 different countries worldwide, and has been given honors for its profound good health benefits, as well as great moral benefits, including being nominated for 2 Nobel Peace Prizes, and been given the honorary award "FALUN DAFA DAY" in each and and almost 52 states in America alone.

"In East Cobb a Falun Dafa Exercise class is held completely free of charge, and with all kindness we offer to teach you the exercises, " Says Mitchy Gerber, a local practitioner of Falun Dafa. The beautiful Ancient music to practice the exercises and meditate with is also provided free of charge. The exercises are demonstrated by Teacher, Mr. Li.

WHERE: EAST COBB PARK, on Upper Roswell past the Home Depot, towards the 120 Loop.

WHEN: EVERY SUNDAY, outside on the lawn.

TIME: 2-3:30pm

COST: Absolutely FREE. All ages are welcome to come be part of this wonderful practice.
