Friends for the East Cobb Park is a non-profit volunteer organization formed in 1998 to create a community gathering place in East Cobb County. An executive Committee, a Board of Trustees, and a Board of Advisors work with Committee members to support and improve the park, its facilities, and programs. Annual memberships are available

Join Friends for the East Cobb Park today!
Your $25, $35, or $100 contribution will go toward supporting, maintaining, and allowing for future enhancements to the park. There are so many wonderful things planned for the park. You have probably seen the new pavillion and all-abilities playground. Soon there will be an gazebo built on the upper level overlooking East Cobb Park!

Become involved and support this terrific asset to our community by becoming a Park Member, and you will receive a subscription to our newsletter, pre-event email notifications, a park supporter car magnet and our membership card with discounts at local businesses.

This special evening features a children’s choir, brass quartet, live music, special guest appearances by Santa Claus and Rudolph, award-wining bell ringers and the lighting of our live 40-foot East Cobb Park tree. Come join us and share in the holiday spirit by giving back to our community. The proceeds from this event will go towards refurbishing and enhancing the park, as well as offering you and your neighbors a classic holiday celebration.

ULTIMATE PLAYDATE
September 7 - October 26
Wednesdays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
The popular seasonal event known as the Ultimate Playdate encourages families to take an outdoor break for some fresh air and family-friendly music. Join us each Wednesday from 4-7pm (September 7-October 26). Jay Memory, founding member of the national act Memory Dean, performs old favorites and leads children in sing-alongs.

Towhee Trail ProgramFFECP ADOPT-A-SECTION OF THE
TOWHEE TRAIL PROGRAM

Individuals, groups and families have an opportunity to adopt a 200 foot section along the trail and tend it, to include removal of non-native or invasive plants, re-establish native tree and plant populations (bought by volunteers or acquired through the Georgia Native Plant Society Rescue Program), remove trash and workday debris.
