The land for the East Cobb Park was purchased entirely with funds donated to the Friends for the East Cobb Park by individuals, businesses, civic groups, and foundations.  The Friends continue to raise funds for improvements to this property and for the potential purchase of other properties, which will improve the quality of life for all residents of East Cobb.  Your tax-deductible donation is greatly appreciated.

Disclaimer:
Friends for the East Cobb Park (FFECP) is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization that will facilitate getting your order completed and providing your item to Cobb County for placement at the park. Once the item is placed within the grounds of the park, the item is the sole property of Cobb County Government.

There is a limited life expectancy on all of the donated items at the park. FFECP will be responsible for the donated item for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Within this 5-year period, if the item is vandalized, stolen, or otherwise significantly damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the FFECP will endeavor to replace the item to its original condition at no additional cost to the donor. After the 5-year period has expired, the donor will be responsible for the cost of replacement of the item if they so choose. Donor must coordinate this replacement with FFECP.

This policy includes bench plaques, but excludes the benches themselves, as they are the property of Cobb County and will be replaced at the sole discretion of the County if removed or damaged.


Engraved wooden pickets line the playground area of the park. A limited number of picket sponsorships are still available.

Engraved granite cobblestones offer a legacy opportunity. These hand-cut granite pavers will line the edges of the walking trail.  These cobblestones are created in batches and installed within 6 to 8 weeks of your order.
